As part of the senior management team at Acorda, I led the formation of ICOR in 2016, the intra-company agency for all Acorda brands. As head of ICOR, I set strategic direction and oversee the full spectrum of Acorda’s advertising efforts including brand activation strategy, content strategy, creative development, digital creative, media planning and agency management. My organizational infrastructure model yields the highest caliber of creative work while generating savings in overall company creative costs. Operational excellence includes budget and resource management and direction of a vibrant multidisciplinary team of 40 excellent professionals.
